@dotproto The visual aids in DevTools help so much with grid and flexbox. Really the only way I write those rules, since I never remember the rule names or values, nor which ones do what I want.

@AlesandroOrtiz I didn't know anything about explicit and implicit grid tracks before today. I assumed that there had to be a way you could have a sidebar span all grid rows for an unknown number of rows. As far as I can tell the only solution is to use some JS to count the rows and set a custom property to define the range. Who knew that end
and -1
only works with the explicit grid?
