Am I actually going to be in trouble if I get my COVID booster and flu shot the same day? Because I booked COVID for 11/7 at a place that said I could get them the same day (but they had no flu stock to do both in one day until like December), but when I called another clinic to book flu for 11/7, they said I absolutely should wait 2 weeks. Organizing that between my meds is a challenge and now I'm stressed because I really need flu shot more urgently.

@mollymay5000 I'm not sure, but in my region the only way to get both is to make an appointment to receive them both at the same time.
I've seen people spread them out in the first two years of covid, but haven't seen anyone talking about specifically doing that anymore in recent years.
If you'd like, I could ask/tag some people who read a lot of studies about this stuff to ask them (but I don't want to suddenly overwhelm on accident by dragging anyone here haha) ?

@reading_recluse The clinic I booked my COVID shot at is willing to do them at the same time, but flu shot stock meant I'd need to wait until the end of the month. Apparently I should have just done that to avoid the stress and doubt I now have. Not sure I'll be able to change the appointment anyway since they aren't open again until Tuesday, but well.
This is the first time I've dealing with vaccines since I started my meds, so I'm nervous. I wouldn't mind having more input from others at all!

@mollymay5000 They really make making these appointments stressful! :neko_tired2:

Tagging you in this thread because I was wondering if you've read any studies or know of someone who'd know more about whether it's advised or not to combine a covid booster and a flu shot? Or if it's something to be aware of or not with certain medical conditions?
OP got different advice from different clinics.
