@colin_mcmillen - now we need you to help port some of your amazing apps to fujiNet!
Just think how easy it is to load your disks/apps w/ FN....

@dillera yes, I also thought about that, but there's a few buts. I'd need to hardware patch my IIc and get a fujinet. I don't have the energy of maintaining two versions of my things. And although there are things the Fujinet can do that my thing can't, the reverse is also true and I think it'd be more work than I'd like to, to make the Fujinet video stream. For example.

@colin_mcmillen Of course, not a mandate to port! What hardware patch is required? The only thing I'm aware of is if you have the original ROM, but now that isn't even true as FN can boot Apple2 DISK disks (no smartport).

@dillera yeah but it still requires sp for the network device, doesn't it? I do have a rom255.

@colin_mcmillen Yes, with a 255 iiC you are limited. I guess this drove your project...

@dillera Yes indeed :) and in hindsight I find the fact that this requires only "off-the-shelf" hardware cool too - about everybody powering on an Apple II these days, very probably already has a serial cable and a Linux-capable computer somewhere.
