Ten days with my new mobile carrier and I'm already angry. First, one of the apps for recharging my car stopped working, then my self-hosted Wireguard VPN. Trying to debug it, I found that ALL IPv4 addresses were blocked, with "network unreachable". WTF?!?
IPv6 worked for my VPN, but the recharging app still didn't.
I found on an old Reddit post that if I changed the APN settings it might solve the problem. So I did. Problem solved.
