Gotta share!

I've been on #Mounjaro now for 3 months, just about to start taking the highest dose this coming weekend.

My A1C the week before I started was 9.4 and that's pretty good for me as a Type 2 for the past 25 years.

3 months on, I am down 35 lbs and my A1C is 6.4!

I'm now only 30 lbs from my ideal body weight for my height and my body fat content is below 23%.

Diabetes gave me a heart attack 20 years ago on my birthday, stents and an ICD in 2022 for my troubles.

@croyle Thanks. It's been a journey. I've never had so much energy. The mountain bike is currently being stripped and serviced ready for my first bike ride in 10 years! No more feeling like a large gorilla riding a peanut.
