Driving down a suburban road this afternoon on Saturday errand. On sidewalk young man in athletic wear (running tights and shorts, long sleeve T-shirt) - and wearing a plate carrier. A “bullet proof” vest. Clearly he’s training. No insignia on carrier that I saw.
