discovered that the #vim command CTRL-a, which increments the numeric value under the cursor, also supports incrementing hex numbers when you have the 0x prefix. neato

@knutaf it also does octal and binary, iirc. you can :set nrformat= for when you don't want this, such as when you're incrementing zero-prefixed numbers. we knew about A already but we were giving someone advice on how to add a number to all the track titles in a given directory, and suggested to them that they use moreutils's vidir.
