@Cfkschaller You'll like https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/pull/11371 which add jpeg support to OBS, allowing it to share the camera when FF, Chrome, Snapshot/Camera started first and also allow higher FPS in many cases.

@Cfkschaller Is this a new feature of pipewire? Or does this depend on the hardware or applications?

I tried to share my Camera with Chrome and Cheese at the same time on LinuxMint 22, without success.

@goebbe It requires the applications camera interaction gets ported to pipewire and the camera portal.
