Oh plop.

Postbox - my email client on my Mac - and has been a great bit of kit for some years now, has been acquired and will no longer be supported. i moved to it as Apple Mail was just not evolving and meeting my needs - Postbox has done that well. This is not the email news i wanted! I have a lot of email accounts split into business and personal and loved the way i could auto tag everything i needed in Postbox. Darn it.

@simoncox have you considered using Fastmail and their PWA? Or do you run your own email server like a maniac?

Will look at Fast mail thanks! - got imap accounts all over the place - some whitelabelled agency accounts I work with and a shed load of my own. Postbox allows me to manage work and personal separately - well handy. No bulk mail involved.

I use it for :allthethings: and have many domains, aliases, and accounts setup with it. I particularly like their PWA client and native iOS app. But also extensively use its masked email feature. Anyway, I did a write up here if you’re interested.
