Yesterday we played Gibberers, a japanese board game about developing your own language.
You come up w pronuncaiton for a starter set of words, then one draws a card and explain a noun/concept on it using existing words, also asking and answering w them.
Early you have ones like eye, salmon, tree; later like vampire, transaction, continental drift theory. And 2 more levels.
It is fun, frustrating, rewarding. I can highly recommend it!

I knew it was new and not that popular yet, but I did not expect to not have enough rating on BoardGameGeek to have a reliable average to show. It looks like it is now around 8.5 out of 10, and I agree. But it is definitely not for everyone, you have to have a great company for it.
Also, us choosing the word "yes" to mean "no" was interesting 😅
