Absolutely wild that Svelte 5 has been released, I'm getting Dependabot update PRs, and there's just... no change log linked anywhere

Don't get me wrong — I'm sure it's somewhere! But it's not on the Svelte site that's linked in the repo, it's not in the GitHub release notes, and it's not in the repo itself 🤷

Before someone races to link me, yes, I found the shadow vercel.app version, I see there's a migration guide (which is still... not a change log) https://svelte-omnisite.vercel.app/docs/svelte/v5-migration-guide

But like... I had to hunt for that and source it from a social media post from one of the devs
