@buffyleigh Was that sentence grammatically incorrect perhaps? Should I insert a "being" before "about"? Or better still: How would you phrase it? Thanks!

@buffyleigh Really? Wow.. thanks. I should probably learn to trust my first instinct but if you or anyone else following me notices some weird turn of phrase please let me know. I've not achieved much in life but (superficially) passing as a native speaker is something I strive for. ;-)
