Multiple versions of Blender: download the directly from blender.org:

https://download.blender.org/release/

The .tar.gz archives contain executable files (also nice for running blender in cli or pointing Godot to). Not sure of you can get them into panel with (selfmade) .desktop files?

I have one version of Blender as Flatpak and another from .tar.gz ...
