It might have gone a bit under the radar given there has been a lot of #gnomefoundation related news these last weeks, but in the transition to gitlab's wiki, there's now a section with Board's policies: https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/Board/-/wikis/Policies#board-member-policies. We hope that helps with transparency and build more trust on directors' goals and duties. As a bonus, they should help new candidates next year understand what being a member is.
