When the cohost shutdown was announced lots of people there started setting up blogs. I had something running ages ago on a hosting service I've been using for [checks] 21 years now (!) and so I started looking into setting something up. I figured a static site generator would be the thing, spent some time messing eleventy and just could not make any headway on setting up something even vaguely like what I wanted. Hugo seems much much better documented for someone like me who has no modern web design experience. I've decided I've messed with it enough to put it up live now, with a few old posts copied to it:
