Ob auch das "unterschreiben" von online-Petitionen auf nicht-staatlichen Plattformen 'was bring (bisher weiß ich von https://innn.it/3sat und https://www.openpetition.de/petition/online/erhalt-von-3sat), weiß ich nicht.

Ach ja, der Spar-Effekt wäre bei einem Wegfall von 3sat minimal, siehe https://sueden.social/@mg2/113250026369786658 und https://elbmatsch.de/@DerSchulze/113245969347328112. Selbst finanziell wäre also wohl wenig sinnvoll, das Vollprogramm 3sat "teilweise oder vollständig" in das Vollprogramm von arte zu "überführen", wie das der vorliegende Staatsvertrags-Reformvorschlag vorsieht.
