[#]TangerineUI v2.0 is now officially out!

This is a huge release, and it is the result of months of work. Tangerine UI has been redesigned from the ground up, and features a brand-new look.

Not only that, but Tangerine UI v2.0 now also comes in four variants (Tangerine 🍊, Purple 🪻, Cherry 🍒, and Lagoon 🐠), it fully supports the multicolumn layout, + many new features

Tangerine UI v2.0 can be installed on any Mastodon instance that has been upgraded to Mastodon v4.3.0

[#]TangerineUI v2.0 supports all the new features in Mastodon v4.3.0, including grouped notifications, account hover cards, the new compose field, and more.

The theme also has new features of its own, including custom icons for trending hashtags, better polls, better CWs, and more.

yes, it should be and no the same time 😕 Happend first when using pre7. I have freshly installed the v2.0.0., but in the right corner it still says pre7. Ctrl + Shift + R didnt solve this issue.

@TangerineUI additionally it needs to be something wrong with the server. even in a diffrent browser i seem to get the pre7 instead of the 2.0.0

Omg, you've made it possible to use tangerine as a browser extension? So cool. That will be fab on my computer! I tend to use it more on my phone and I have an app but that is still great. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

@TangerineUI Hey Nileane, the Tangerine theme is SO nice. I'm having a problem with fixing it in place though. When I refresh the page, or go to settings, etc, then Live CSS Editor does not remember the theme, and I'm seeing the official theme again.

What am I doing wrong?

@beecham Oh, I'm not sure. This might be a setting with the extension you're using? Maybe try another one?

@TangerineUI Hello, I absolutely love the theme! However, I wish it came in a green colour. How easy is it for someone like myself to tweak the colours - can I change the colour in 1 or 2 places and the whole page is updated? Or does it need to be set all over the place?

@soheb Hi! There are variables that you can tweak at the top of the file. But you'll also need to search and replace the colors inside the SVG variables for the icons :)
