@cayalo Had to look up Biscoff, not sure it's well known/popular here in the states. That looks terrific. I enjoy big, fluffy pancakes, like plate sized. However, my pops used to make small, flat "dollar pancakes" and wife often makes Norwegian pancakes, which are thin, flat and folded.

@GPJohnston oh yes biscoff is kind of like a caramel spread, it’s quite popular in the uk, you can find it in cookies and many other desserts :) I’ve heard about Norwegian pancakes, would like to try sometimes! Do you put any filling on them?

@cayalo Traditional way my Norwegian MIL did it was to sprinkle sugar on butter on them and fold, warming in the oven while more cooked. That way the sugar would dissolve. When my wife makes them I insist on mine no sugar but berries -- we have lots from our blueberry and raspberry bushes -- and then honey on top. There are all manner of things you can put in and on them, whipped cream, a bit of chocolate, I'm sure biscoff would be splendid. Below with blueberry syrup and powered sugar.

@GPJohnston that looks amazing! Reminds me of the way my Lithuanian mom in law makes flat pancakes!
