OpenReach are now at the "wandering fields with clipboards" stage of bringing us fibre broadband - which is interesting because the "community fund" thing is only half full.

Still, it's nice to see their records are as bad as WPD.

OR: Where's the overhead cable that's supposed to run from that pole to the road?

Me: Oh, that's buried across next door's garden.

OR: That's not what our plans say.

Me: ... well I mean you can tell by it's not-over-our-heads-ness that it's not... overhead.
