What's the preferred emulator for running a Win98se system? My default is to use Qemu but I acknowledge that might not be the best environment.

@thelobdegg i use qemu but i mostly use it for tools and attaching like real hard disks and stuff like that, probably PCem is fine because you can select specific hardware features

@kiwa just spent 2 hours trying to get PCem to use a hard disk image (both raw img and fixed size vhd) and it 100% of the time failed to accept the disk image file it created.
I'm going back to real hardware. It's easier.
