I cannot recall another New Zealand politician who has been perceived as being openly corrupt as Casey Costello is. In all my conversations over the past year, I have not heard one person support her and her tobacco moves. No one I have talked to believes anything she says on this subject

@thrashcardiom Surely she has breached the Cabinet Manual badly enough to be sacked. The PM has no control over his coalition overlords.
