I do wonder whether solarpunk witchcraft is, or could be, a sort of budding offspring of the Reclaiming tradition. Common threads of activism and environmental consciousness are present, and the spiritual values of both paths seem well within alignment. Also, Norton-Kertson did bring up The Spiral Dance as a formative read for them a couple of times.

Reclaiming is the cool lesbian hippie aunt who grows her own veggies, throws the best summer solstice parties, can chant melodically in Scots Gaelic, and knows how to bake delightfully enhanced baked goods.
