it's now taking longer to run single derivations because it needs to iterate all 512 build users. who could've expected this :D

solved it! set the amount of max jobs lower than the amount of build users, and use a sensible amount of build users. oops(tm)

@Lunaphied it was set to 64 with 32 build users

..i then set it to 512 with 512 build users, and then down to 64 with 64 build users
