For the past two years, I’ve been part of a small #rust team and now I’m conducting a series of 1:1s with colleagues and higher-ups to gather feedback and reflect on that time.

While rust is no longer considered an experimental technology, it’s still niche in e-commerce, which tends to favor more traditional stacks.

So, I’m curious—what are some questions I could ask my colleagues? Is there anything you’d want to know about using rust in e-commerce or production in general?
