After almost 20 years of major construction in the Shibuya district, including changes to the multiple train lines that converge here, the end of development is nowhere in sight.

@daniel Lovely shot, Daniel. 2027 is when the current spurt of rebuilding is set to wind down, there. But, yep, Tokyo - like a website - is never finished :-)
