Very helpful, thank you! The only part I didn't understand is why "they're literally the same rotation", does it mean that the left picture visualizes a rotation in a left-handed system while the other depicts the same rotation in a right-handed system?

@kos other way around, but yes!

(left one is right handed, right one is left handed)
