What could be some of the more environmentally-friendly ways of producing supports like these?

I'm using 3d printing and SLS currently. I wonder if there are ways to use recycled materials on a small scale (tens maybe hundreds of units).

Maybe even make it out of recycled paper/cardboard? I have no idea where to even start researching that.

@flpvsk Some ideas:

• Create casts for green materials

• Use PHA with FDM printing

• Go the design route with off-the-shelf metal parts and screws

• use standard PLA or PETG from recyclers like recyclingfabrik.com or the recycled Prusament.
