bash tab-completion of "make" actually invokes make in the current directory to find possible targets? Big ouch.

@vegard IIRC bash tab completion for one of ssh / scp / sftp / git actually sshs to the remote server.

I disabled it a long time ago on my own systems, just happened to notice when I was trying to autocomplete a path and the whole thing hung.
