Did you know that there was a tv show of Maniac Mansion?

It's only barely related to the game in any way, just names of people mostly. But it's also very much an SCTV-alumni fest and that makes it kind of special in its own way? That said I haven't seen it since the 90s so I have no idea how well it's aged.

But it's on archive.org so that's cool because I don't think there's any other way to watch it really.

@megmac I remember trying to watch this show when it was on, or maybe like a year after, and never quite being able to get into it. I think I wanted it to be more like the game, even though intellectually I knew that was unlikely. It would be interesting to revisit it now.
