One reading of the fed judge's state of mind in this verdict is that a gun owner who believes that someone is breaking into their home is responsible for the consequences of deciding to use a fire arm to defend themselves. Back then, I would think about the angle I'd have to use to stop a robber if confronted in our old bedroom in Minneapolis so that I wouldn't hit a neighbour's house. TG we never had to deal with that and we sold the gun before we moved to Canada. But this is not a good verdict because it doesn't address the fact that Taylor's boyfriend wouldn't have had to defend his apartment if the police had executed the warrant correctly. 2/End
