tl;dr: don't take your ADHD meds with juice, or at the same time as your vitamins.

I know I have some ADHD and various other neurospicy folks that follow me. This was news to me, if it's news to you too I hope it helps in some way.

I wonder how many meds are really affected by this (if it's true at all, as someone pointed out the stomach is acidic...) - even that PDF says that vyvanse (elvanse) is not affected, but I wonder what it's like for meds that come in capsules, or are retarded (coated in something to delay their effect)
