@milesbelli I switched in 2013, if not later, but then retroactively started using the 'twenty' form for every year starting with 2010

• I say twenty oh nine, twenty twelve, twenty twenty four etc

• I say twenty twelve, but I say two thousand and nine, and two thousand and twenty-four

• I say twenty twenty-four, but I say two thousand and nine, and two thousand and twelve

• I say two thousand and nine, two thousand and twelve, and two thousand and twenty-four
