Coming from #python datetime objects, that hold timezone information to keep track of what 12:00AM means in terms of a global website; it scares me quite a but coming over to #csharp, where a DateTime
objects don't know their timezone, and I need to keep track of that separately.
I'm now trying to figure out how to best implement a case, where all web app users are in a timezone, and all dates they POST are assumed to correlate to that timezone...

@zerocaps seems like nodatime solves all the problems I had. Will look into that in detail 😊 DateTimeOffset wouldn’t be enough, because I would be left to handle things like daylight savings on my own, which is not feasible
