will rain get their wool like poodles' or rather dandelions to stay fluffy?

I've seen mice/rat &cat straying but even frogs near a park's pond at nights, rabbit too BUT: ...no rain here, so clean benches to sit 'n be a statue to watch but not distract them. like a live-docu without dubbed nor zoomed-in scenes xD
