My spouse, just now: what’s that ceremony we went to for your friend?

Me: Ordination?

Him: that’s it! I couldn’t think of it. My first thought was coronation, but I knew that was wrong. Then I thought he was finishing seminary, so maybe it was insemination, but that’s not right. And it wasn’t dissemination either.

@amanda lmao that you heard dissemination, because that's an actual word, but I said de-semination because it implied the opposite direction of in-semination 🤷‍♂️
