Google's software quality has decreased significantly. I now replaced many (paid) services recently:

• Gmail → @fastmail

• Google Search → @perplexity_ai

• YouTube Premium → @WatchNebula

• Google Photos → Apple Photos

• Google Domains → @Cloudflare

• Google Chrome → @arcinternet

• Google Drive → Only for Docs

• Google Calendar → @fastmail

• Google Analytics → @PlausibleHQ

• Google FI → Being in the EU & using eSims

@KrauseFx, I largely agree with your points (and I highly recommend @fastmail). However, it's hard for me to transition away from youtube (or find an alternative), especially since most of my favorite content creators are on this platform. Additionally, the majority of publicly created videos default to being on youtube.

@archi_luc @fastmail Yes, I of course still have my YouTube account, but I stopped actively using it. Many of the creators I follow are on Nebula.
