One of the things I like about #mastodon is that one can follow hashtags. It might not be a foolproof method but it is a more transparent way than algorithm heuristics to see posts from people you don't follow. The user is still in control!

[#]atuin sparks joy. ble.sh does not spark joy. That is how I found myself looking to bash-preexec in #guix

Used #sourcehut's Prepare a patchset web UI. It was a breeze. https://lists.sr.ht/~abcdw/rde-devel/patches/55599. Although I'm unsure how addressing feedback will be. Will sending a version 2 thread the message?

Although, my main motivation for vc-jj.el is to have project.el support, as I don't use vc.el directly. I will probably look into why list files is talking so long. I'm likely doing something dumb, like shelling multiple times 🤔

The vc.el backend for #jujutsu now is complete enough that I project.el's vc-project works for me! Next start implementing a dashboard/status buffer using magit-sections. https://git.sr.ht/~puercopop/jujutsushi

In my limited experience threads and timers are not nice to use from elisp. So I'd rather handle timers in #rust

I'm hoping that the path shown by ekg paves a way for a new kind of #emacs applications. Where the data is kept in an sqlite db. So it can more easily intregate with the rest of the world (at the cost of flexiblity).

I also need to get the #emacs side working to at least a similar level of crudeness. I already have the code to extract the structure of a task from an org buffer. I need to hook it up with with-editor and a transient menu
