Man kann ein Ticket auf machen, dann kommt in X Tagen jemand vor Ort hin und guckt. Auf dem Desktop liegt ein Teamviewer quick Support. Telefon Support gibt es entweder nicht oder es wurde nicht kommuniziert.

Das Problem ist ja auch kein "ist gerade jetzt aufgetreten", sondern da hat wer die Einrichtung komplett verkackt.

POV: Lehrperson in einer Schule in Gütersloh

Ausleih Laptop weil ein Programm für Zeugnisse nicht auf dem sonst benutzten privaten Linux Gerät läuft.

Über hdmi an eigenen größeren Monitor anschließen. Bildschirm wird nicht erkannt.

Geräte Manager ist trotz eingeschränktem Account lesbar. Grafikkarte sagt Treiber ist irgendwie defekt. So was ganz spezielles von Intel 🙄

Deswegen kann man wohl auch nicht die Helligkeit einstellen. (1/2)

Someone from the #nixos #nix people have an example for nix-shell to setup a #python development environment?

With virtualenv per project, automated Installation for requirements etc?

Or without nix: how do you manage python projects with virtualenvs etc? Direnv and?

Edit: uv has come a long way and seems to be able to replace pyenv-virtualenv

TIL the back off and retry function in the #python stdlib logging StreamHandler does nothing. Or I'm holding it wrong....
