Something emotionally satisfying about cancelling our Netflix subscription.
They presented me with an entire series of “why are you leaving” checkboxes: because you don’t want to pay for live sports and game shows? Because of poor film selections? Because our library of shows stinks? Because we cost too much?
I checked off nearly all of those, and added a note telling them that they had peaked at DVDs in the mail (not a lie).
