@mitch @podcastguru there is much more to talk about with regards to the lnaddress value block change, and also the wallet options for other apps.
I was supposed to join the boardroom today but unfortunately I'm not able to make it - but I'll be joining Adam and Dave next week to talk about all things wallets and share an open source demo I've built which showcases how we can use Strike OAuth for PC20 payments.
Hopefully the Fountain Radio RSS feed can be a good testbed for switching to BOLT11

🎶 ⚡️ Fountain Radio is BACK and re-built from the ground up using RSS liveItem.
Not only is it now available in the Fountain mobile app - but it's also available in any PC20 app that supports live items - just search for Fountain Radio and Listen live!
One thing to note is that the RSS feed for Fountain Radio uses the new lnaddress value block spec - so you probably won't be able to boost until @mitch @podcastguru add support for this.

With Fountain 1.1.5 we have massively simplified the way the content library works within the app, removing over 40,000 lines of code in the process!
This was a massive amount of work but I'm really happy with the result the codebase is so much cleaner now!

@adam if it's not too big an ask - would appreciate if you could mention this on the next No Agenda episode - we've had loads of users complaining to us about this - the ones that do reach out we can explain the issue and the fix - but there's probably many more that just silently stopped using the app.

This caused quite a big issue for Fountain users because it crashed the new episode syncing - I've added additional checks on our backend for this edge case now but thought I'd let you know!

For those interested - this is how we have implemented cross-app comments using nostr:
We use NIP-73 External Content IDs to attached podcast:guid tags to each of the nostr events.
This means any other Podcasting 2.0 apps can easily query our nostr relay for boosts / comments related to a particular show or episode.

@dave is there a reason why the /episodes/byguid endpoint requires a feedid, feedurl, or podcastguid in addition to the item guid?
It would be quite useful to be able to just pass the item guid - even if this returned multiple results in the case of duplicate item guids.
