If you found any of this interesting, then I would extremely much recommend my favorite academic institute, CARTA:
https://carta.anthropogeny.org
It is the "Center for Academic Research and Training in Anthropogeny", which is the (IMO) premier organization for the interdisciplinary study of the origin of humankind, from all aspects including but not limited to sociology, archeology, paleology, etc.
Their very many symposia are available for free through there. Share and enjoy. Sharing is caring.
Personally I find it ALSO useful as a revolutionary to actually scientifically know what humankind's general inclinations are for my ability to think about where we should most probably strive towards, and such gobledigook. ;-)

Sooo, let's say someone would respond now and say "what do you mean 'Humankind's "fittest" is the ability to move and cooperate over long geographical and social distances [etc]' I was taught that what defines us is that we use tools", then well, that is true, that is what used to be taught but that has been changed because science means that we can learn more and thus "truth" evolves with more knowledge.
We now know that many species (apes, ants, etc) use tool such as sticks to get to food and so on.
We also know that other hominids such as the so-called Neanderthals used tools and were also physiologically stronger than us (Homo Sapiens, or Homo Sapiens Sapiens, modern humans) in many ways including more early culture, but from what science currently knows did not have our ability to cooperate over long social (and thus usually geographic) distances, so while they appear to have intermixed with us many times, willingly or not we can not know, having had sex and offspring, eventually when climate change happened modern humans could share survival tips and tricks to survive, while the last of those "siblings" of ours seem to have slowly died out trapped around southern current Spain, for lack of ability to share to prosper (possibly through different vocal abilities, but NOT stupidity).

An actual example for the previous toot is from some university lecture long ago where it was described (from my my memory) that the idea of sewing was invented in the general area of the Levant (relatively) soon after humankind's (first successful) migration from Africa to the rest of the earth and then some others came wandering by and were (abbreviated) moving farther north so kind of needed the ability to make clothes to be able to survive the Siberia climate which they eventually wandered through to reach America through (probably) Bering's Straight (current "between Russia and Alaska").
Well, humankind is actually scientifically proven to want to, unless put in severely counteracting conditions, want to aid others without any expectation of reciprocation, so those that had invented sewing didn't patent it but just shared it forward and thus humankind prospered and thus you exist... Tadaaa!
Then... Capitalism and inhumane suffering. Tafuck!

Many keep using the phrase "survival of the fittest" while apparently not at all knowing what it means.
They tend to believe that it means that Charles Darwin somehow proved that the most muscular and thus largest survives, but that is absolutely not at all what it means.
What Darwin described as the "fittest" was not "the most muscular" or anything like that, but instead very abbreviated "the most fit to to their environment".
That is, the quickest to adapt to the environment that they happen to find themselves in, as every environment always changes.
Let us say for demonstrative purposes say that a species can only procreate in place "A" and only find food in separate place "B", so they must go between them to long term survive. Then the path between those places is somehow slowly and increasingly obstructed, then only those that can fit through that obstruction can... fit, so they become the "fittest" to "survive".
Humankind's "fittest" is the ability to move and cooperate over long geographical and social distances, through leveraging our different individual strengths together within and outside our groups.
What the dupes in the first paragraph describe is not Darwinism, but instead Spencerism (Herbert Spencer), being the ideas of an idiot (abbreviated) who didn't understand Darwin.

It is amazing to me that the "drain the swamp!!!!111!"-, "lock up big-tech!!!1112!!!"- and "da conztitushun!!!2!"-mobs that came mostly from the loonie Tea Party of USA ended up electing... the Swamp and its Big-Tech pals as rulers to issue Presidential decrees (i.e. the definition of "dictator") even explicitly intending on overruling "The Constitution" which they apparently probably never actually read. Clowns.

There is a (potential) problem with a lot of the belligerence-inflating reporting about various online-attacks, which has for long existed but but recent years increased.
You will see some report about "attackers from [State X] broke into [some place] and [did some bad thing]" which MAY be true, buuut, you should always keep in mind that the absolutely first step of any online attacker is to go through several systems such as proxies, VPNs, hacked computers, etc while ensuring that those systems are in State vs State opponent "jurisdictions", so that they will have the most possible difficulty tracing the attacker from the attacked system to the actual original source.
Let's sat some person, let's say of the fictitious name "Donald", decided to attack the White House of the USA and that person just for example was located in Alaska, then the first step would be to first bounce the actual attack, whatever it may be, first to some place USA does not cooperate much with, let's say hmmm, Iran, then from there to where Iran does not cooperate much with, let's say U.K., then from there to for example Russia and so on and so on as many times as possible until they get to the actual target.
Y'see?

There is no absolute rule that says anarchists can not know the "laws" imposed by the States illegitimately imposed on them and people in general.
On the contrary, I would claim it is good for each anarchist to very well know the "laws" of the State(s) claiming to own them (through existence and/or birth) as those "laws" were legitimately agreed to as a whole by the entity of the "State" and those claiming to represent or rule it since those people did implicitly actively and informed agree to those, while the same can not legitimately be claimed of the populace in general,
so we can demand that they must follow what they imposed and agreed to, while the populace in general can not be claimed to have done likewise.
I will any time at all cite any supposed "law" or similar against any cop or similar, while still claiming that I have not agreed to any of their system so I only have to follow humanity and the impact which my actions have on my general reputation.
For example, I WILL quote thee "laws of war" against massacring civilians, while I also e.g. support unhoused people taking unused buildings into use or starving taking what they need from the opulent.
There is no contradiction.

Welllll, I mean... it IS just strictly speaking not just absolutely despicable, but is also irrefutably illegal. The only question at hand is if the ruling party which is the direct descendant of Mussolini's Fascist party will be able to crush the supposed "laws" that they kept screaming ("law and order!", you know?) about to grab power in order to get its anti-humane policies through.

My further following of events in Georgia for lack of protest-related news has me instead following this type of events daily, just now:
Rescue services rescued... man who climbed tree to (unsuccessfully) help cat, while the cat's fate is stated to be unknown.
So like... my point is that I just don't have much to tell you.

“One section that was still deleted as of Wednesday morning mentioned the potential ‘inequity’ of holding on to a taxpayer’s money and described the potential ‘inclusion’ of a taxpayer identification number on a form,” the Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday.

OK, I oppose Trump's suggestion of what is not just utterly disgusting but also violation of war crimes and genocide peohibitions, as well as know standing with the Palestinian People is generally the position of the people in Egypt, even to the point of being harshly prosecuted by Sisi for doing so since Sisi is dependent (Camp Davis Accords) on supporting Israel's war crime use of starvation of the civilian populace as a method of warfare, buuuut... in this case the opposition was accepted. Overall, good.

For anyone wondering, no I didn't stop following the protests in Georgia. Still following the same sources just as much as previously, but when those don't report anything related happening... well, you know, I can't make it happen.
My best guess is that the Putinesque repression (as told by Amnesty and HRW) had effect, but I don't know.

Having semi-unintentionally had a break from drinking any alcohol for about 1 year and 9 months until now when I've had my first (four) beers (7.5%) I must say I'm... disappointed.
I was kinda expecting they'd have an increased effect after such a long pause, but that does not seem to be the case.
For context in case anyone got like implicitly worried, no I didn't pause because there was a problem, I just didn't bother picking any up because the monopoly store is so damn far away, so just the trip to that store with the paratransit I must use due to my visual impairment costs like $30 and I was like "meh."...
