Wenig überraschend dreht der proprietäre 3D-Drucker-Hersteller #BambuLab den Open-Source-Zugang zu seinen Geräten ab. Mit kommenden Firmware-Versionen ist eine Nutzung nur noch mit der Herstellersoftware möglich. Tools wie #OrcaSlicer oder #HomeAssistant können die Drucker dann nicht mehr ansteuern.

Erste Bestandsaufnahme der Nacht:

• In #Neuwied ist nach Raketenbeschuss eine Lagerhalle mit Holzpaletten abgebrannt. Durch die Hitze wurden auch angrenzende Häuser beschädigt.

• Ebenfalls in #Neuwied ist eine Wohnung abgebrannt. Auch hier Rakete.

• Unzählige Mülltonnen, Container, Gartenlauben, Autos & Co. in Flammen.

• Große Teile des #Westerwald|s sind seit ~05:00 ohne Strom. Auch weitere Ecken von RLP scheinen betroffen gewesen zu sein. Ursache noch unklar.

Das Positive: Das #38c3-Gepäck ist jetzt deutlich leichter, wenn schon absehbar ist, dass ein Großteil der Deko bei mehr als halbierter Assembly-Fläche ohnehin keinen Platz finden wird. Schade drum. :/
