I find it so annoying when people reply to a previous email for a completely different matter. You get a "RE: xyz", put it aside for latter because xyz isn't what you're working on. Then when you come back to it to do xyz, you read the actual email, which says "I would like abc"... I just cannot comprehend that.😑

I am trying to renew the general warm-up routine I give in my weightlifting courses. This is harder than one might think because while I know a decent number of exercises, for a lot of them, I don't have any name, or I have the French name, but because I coach in a crossfit context it is preferable I fall back to English names.

So I am ddgoing how I think something might be call, trying to find what seems to be a pretty common name for that exercise. This is tricky because it isn’t rare that 1. an exercise can be called differently by different people, 2. the same name can be used for sometimes very different exercises...

Also, bodyparts+stretch+/or warm-up can lead to some unexpected search results, because, you know... THE INTERNET!
