Got someone picking up a repair they abandoned here 3 years ago. I swear this is some sort of scam to try and get a free laptop presuming I'd have trashed their old piece of shit. Glad to be rid of it at last, sucks to be them if they were trying to scam me =p

One of my customers today had found god after struggling with addiction, I didn't learn this about him until I did a free repair (it was quick and easy and bit of a bodge tbh). He asked if he could pray for me which was nice of him to ask.

I just told him I'm privileged enough not to need his prays but to pray for others if he wanted to pay (or pray lol) something forward.

I'm not a religious person but I certainly appreciate that he asked permission like that

Imagine the fediverse but if user level domain blocks worked to actually remove people you want to block from your mentions instead of just hiding them from your own personal feed so you're oblivious to what your own thread looks like to other people (a hot fucking mess of people you don't want anywhere near you) :thinkhappy:
