Little help - I’m trying to remember an 80’s or 90’s action movie where our hero (probably a cop) is on foot chasing a bad guy down city streets and climbs up and over several cars in several shots. Any ideas on what this movie is?

It’s not “Point Break” or “The Peacemaker”. Maybe Michael Douglas?
