Problems:

Briefly, Americans pay a lot and get poor outcomes due to

• expensive medical care, from procedures and medications to medical personnel salaries

• poor health status caused by agricultural policy, public policy, poor regulation of toxic substances, inadequate education, non-walkable living spaces, racism causing incredible stress, etc. you get my point

• high administrative costs of private insurance, some of which is paying people to refuse things that make no sense.

I've had it with #spam

I'm using a #simplelogin address for random subscriptions

But the professional sites that need my #email address to send me reports are also sharing my email address, and I'm getting spam mere days into my new #protonmail

Address.

Should they be getting the Simple Login address too?

I need a #howto book for emailing to reduce #datamining

Does anyone have interesting lists to share so some of us new members can follow groups of people?

Evidently you can turn your list into a CSV file and somehow share it so we can follow several people at once.

I'm interested in:

• gardening

• watercolor and photography
