It's become increasingly hard to justify having a solo instance (Two! I had one for project accounts too).

So I will be doing one more round of migrations 🙃

Not sure where this account will end up, but I've already scouted some good instances for my other accounts 👌

This process always stresses me a bit because I think I'll mess something up... Let's hope not.

I also just really just want to focus on my personal website tbh.

Looked up to the chimney visible from my desk and saw some birds, thought I was going to have a little Disney moment. 🤩

Nope.

A couple of Spotless Starling's (I think, I'm not good at ID yet) ripping out what I can only think was a house sparrows nest given the way one was trying to intervene 😞

The bigger birds are gone now and a few male house sparrows are keeping guard.

Vivaldi has so much going for it when it comes to customization. I don't think I've ever seen another browser (or any application for that matter) let me modify what's in the right click menu.

I was missing a 'Right Click > Translate' button, no worries with Vivaldi as I can just add it.

I can even rename it if I wanted, or add it into a folder with other tools.

A new day, a new browser to test!

Heh, This wasn't meant to become a multi-day thing but here we are.

I went into trying to find a new browser that matched too many of the features from Arc.

The main one was per-workspace profiles. Allowing me to have a unique set of tabs, history, logins, and extensions, all a two finger swipe away in the same window.

I've slowly come around to letting that idea go; So this lets me try other browsers again, with fresh eyes!

Well, I've liked it enough to make the switch properly 🥳

While Arc is comfortable for me, the sudden announcement to effectively sunset this browser doesn't really make me want to stick around.

Moving over will be a pain, there is no nice way to export all those tabs I've accumulated...

I'm already liking it 🥳 it has a Workspaces feature (Still in beta) and allows me to sign into the same website using different profiles.

I like this, and it was probably the only thing keeping me with Arc browser.

Now I can have very clearly defined workspaces with pinned tabs dedicated to each project, all in one window 👌

I can't currently switch between them with a two-finger swipe on the trackpad... but I guess that gives me reason to learn some more keyboard shortcuts :)

My Dropbox renewal is coming up and I am not liking that price for how little I actually used it.

The main feature I'd use from time to time is Dropbox File Request, where I can have a link that clients can use to upload files (Often photos, video) at their leisure.

I don't mind self hosting it if I can get it up on something like Digital Ocean, but it needs to be super easy on the client-side for them to use.

I wasn't noticing any difference in the UI for 4.3, then I gave my browser a window a good ol' CTRL-R.

I like it; I might tweak some things for the column view but happy with it otherwise. I do still want to make my own theme some time but that'll not be in protest to this UI revamp.
