Checked the Canadian whiskey shelves at the grocery store to see if people were stocking up before the #tariffs take effect.

The house across the street has been sold. I saw the new occupant today, clearly excited about his new purchase, taking pictures of their house and making a video walking along the sidewalk by the house.
