Does anyone have experience with the #Wink #Zwave #MotionSensor ? Mine keeps detecting motion constantly. It's in a small closet like room. I can't figure out how to fix it, I've tried adjusting the sensitivity level, changing the battery and a factory reset but for some reason it's just flipping the fuck out. I can't find anything online and it appears contacting wink will not help me any as they are now some sort of subscription only service. Any help is appreciated.

Why are so many mainstream #socialmedia websites so toxic/negative? I use #RedLib to browse #Reddit occasionally and I feel like its just getting more negative. I just saw like two posts in a row, one complaining that Linux isnt user friendly, and the other complaining that the website itself is hypocritical for hating #twitter but also posting screenshots of #tweets. I know people like @/TechConnectify criticize Fedi for being toxic but in my personal experience it feels a lot calmer that "classic" social media sites.

I spent the last 3 years working on the PERFECT homelab. I set up alternatives for nearly every proprietary consumer service on the internet and I can't get anyone to fucking use them. I have to force it onto them and upset people. I dont fucking understand. Its the same service without fucking you over, without stripping you of your rights. There are very minimal differences between one and the other functionally for the end user. Why is there so much push back, why doesnt my own family want to use my own creations. what have I been working toward. its all a fucking joke. it was all for me I guess. alone, isolated. no one to share the passion with. no one to share fedi posts with and no one to talk to about the new features these projects are coming up with. alone. like Ive always been. no one cares about what I do. no one reaches out to me anymore. no one cares anymore. it feels like nothing I ever do will amount to anything anyone will ever care about.
