Why are so many mainstream #socialmedia websites so toxic/negative? I use #RedLib to browse #Reddit occasionally and I feel like its just getting more negative. I just saw like two posts in a row, one complaining that Linux isnt user friendly, and the other complaining that the website itself is hypocritical for hating #twitter but also posting screenshots of #tweets. I know people like @/TechConnectify criticize Fedi for being toxic but in my personal experience it feels a lot calmer that "classic" social media sites.
